** SUPERSTRUCTURE**

The water tank with a volume of 7000 liters, supported by elastic supports.
Around the tank there is a paneling in the color of the vehicle.
The construction is made of aluminum profiles and aluminum sheet.
There are 4 side compartments and one at the back with roller doors and with protection against external influences and external locking in accordance with EN 1846-2.
The equipment in the compartments is fixed. Built-in mobile storage shelves, boxes, and panels are additionally secured against slipping and have additional locking mechanism in order to prevent movement during the drive.
Access to the equipment is in accordance with EN 1846-2.


** WATER TANK **

The volume of the water tank is 7000 liters (±5%) and is supported by the auxiliary frame and elastic supports, which prevent torsional twisting on the main supporting frame. The tank is placed transversely in relation to the chassis - the auxiliary chassis of the vehicle. The tank is made of high-quality stainless steel and has baffles to prevent water sloshing..
The water tank has:
- 500 mm diameter inspection cover, placed at the top, opening from the upper part of the superstructure.
- Connection for supplying the pump with water Ø 110 mm
- On the side, a connection for filling the tank with water from a hydrant Ø 75 mm
- Drainage connection for water discharge Ø 52 mm on the lowest part of the tank with ball valve
- Overflow system and an air vent
- Electric water level gauge

The tank has a guarantee of 10 years in operation. Chlorine must not be poured into the tank.


** FOAM TANK **

The foam tank with a volume of 200 liters (±5%) is made of plastic material (GFK), square in shape. It is supplied with an opening for pouring foam at the top of the tank, a vent for overpressure and vacuum, an electric level gauge and connections for the installation of a system for mixing water and foam.
The outlet connector for the pump mixer is Ø 25 mm in diameter. The foam drainage connector is Ø 25 mm.

** FIRE PUMP **

The combined medium- and high-pressure fire pump is located in a storage compartment at the rear of the vehicle and is fixed to the supporting frame of the superstructure. It is made in accordance with EN 1028

** MONITOR NOOZLE **

Monitor Alco Nr. 31476238 Ø75 mm, water + foam with flow of 2000 lit/min at 8 bar with monitor nozzle Alco MZV 1200/500 EVO Nr. 31474540 is positioned on the roof of the superstructure and can be operated manually. For safer driving, it is easy to mount and dismount, with the requirement that this operation can be performed by a single person, Roof Flange Nr. 800 625 34. When not in use, the monitor nozzle is securely stored on the roof of the superstructure and is delivered with a foam extension, Alco Schaumaufsatz SWA EVO Nr. 31468299, one piece.

Water installation

Water installation is made of stainless steel pipes protected from the outside by painting.

Suction line:
